About Dr. Sarah Garon

Dr. Sarah Garon provides personalized allergy and immunology care for both adults and children, with a focus on thoughtful evaluation, long-term partnership, and individualized treatment planning. Her approach combines evidence-based allergy and immunology care with a deeper focus on chronic inflammation, recurrent infections, immune resilience, and complex inflammatory conditions.

Dr. Garon completed her medical training at the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. She went on to complete her residency in Pediatrics at Jacobi Medical Center, part of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine system in New York City, followed by fellowship training in Allergy & Immunology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Her clinical interests include food allergy, asthma, eczema, chronic hives and angioedema, environmental allergies, sinus disease, recurrent infections, mast cell-related conditions, and immune dysregulation. She is particularly passionate about caring for patients who have struggled with chronic symptoms, complex inflammatory presentations, or feeling unheard within traditional healthcare settings.

Dr. Garon believes allergic and immune conditions affect far more than physical symptoms alone. They impact sleep, energy, nutrition, school, work, relationships, and quality of life. Her practice was built around the belief that excellent medicine requires time, accessibility, continuity, and truly listening to the patient’s story.

Whether patients are seeking answers about food allergies, asthma management, chronic inflammation, recurrent infections, eczema, or long-term immune health concerns, the goal remains the same: clear answers, thoughtful care, and a trusted physician partnership centered around continuity, prevention, and long-term wellness.
